Yoga Anatomy & Pranayama 101

35 minutes of yoga followed by 20 minutes of pranayama. Learn the anatomy of pranayama – positioning of skin, muscles, bone, fascia – including the anatomy of a posture pertaining to the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal (Air & Space)

NON-WLO Veterans: The fees are $30 for 4 classes (expires in 2 months).
